I live out of state and called to confirm that the access to the 10' wide unit was indeed 10'. I was told that it was. Upon bringing my 9"6" item for storage, I found that there was a 36" door in front of the entry. I had to rent a larger unit and pay an increased price. The information given to me was incorrect and no apology offered.
